Thank you for choosing Miami Cigar Bar. While we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction, we understand that occasionally a product may not meet expectations. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review our policy below for full return instructions.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly so we can make it right.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- Contact us prior to returning any item.
- Return shipments must be sent via an insured and trackable method (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

Return Process
To begin a return, please email us at info@miamicigarbar.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA:
- Include your proof of purchase and RMA number inside the package.
- Return the item using a trackable method.
- If you use our prepaid return label, a $7.50 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Please allow up to 14 days for return processing.
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your credit card company.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
Exceptions
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team for assistance in arranging a return or replacement.

International Policies
Please note that Miami Cigar Bar is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by customs or shipping carriers. We advise all international customers to research their local import regulations before placing an order.
- All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- We accurately declare all items and commodity codes.
- Customs fees, taxes, and clearance issues are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a package is returned to us, you may request reshipment (shipping charges will apply) or a refund (minus a 5% restocking fee).
- If a package is destroyed or not returned, refunds are not available.
- If a package is returned for being unclaimed or incurs penalty fees, those charges will be deducted from the refund.
While issues are rare, they can happen. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office to inquire about tobacco import regulations before ordering.
