Miami Cigar Bar complies fully with federal and state regulations. Tobacco products are not sold to anyone under the age of 21. A valid government-issued ID may be required at time of delivery.
Shipping Information
- Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders within the U.S., excluding California and international destinations.
- California orders incur a flat $10 shipping fee to cover adult signature verification requirements.
- Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, with delivery typically within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues outside of our control.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to the state of Florida. For all other states, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to report and remit applicable taxes in accordance with local regulations.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via UPS and/or USPS.
- Delivery addresses must be able to receive packages from either carrier.
- PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS and may experience additional delivery times.
- Shipping upgrades are not available for these destinations.
HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials)
Items such as butane are classified as hazardous by the FAA. These products cannot be shipped via expedited service and will be sent via USPS Parcel Post, which may extend delivery times.
Oversized Items
Large or oversized items may ship via ground freight and may not be deliverable to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain U.S. territories. Drivers are not required to assist with moving items indoors or with setup/unpacking.
State Shipping Restrictions
- South Dakota & Utah: We do not ship to these states due to state regulations.
- Maryland: We cannot ship little cigars to Maryland residents.
- Washington: We cannot ship little cigars or loose tobacco to Washington residents.
California Deliveries
In compliance with California Senate Bill 39, all shipments to California:
- Require a $10 flat shipping fee (covers adult signature confirmation).
- Must be confirmed by telephone after 5 PM (PT) the day before shipment.
- Require the signature of someone 21 years or older upon delivery.
- Cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or via certain expedited methods.

You may track your shipment at any time by logging into the My Account section on our website. Tracking information is provided upon shipment confirmation.
Availability & Inventory
Our online inventory is updated regularly. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will ship as soon as it becomes available.
